48-hour money-back guarantee. Within 48 hours of your first payment, take a full refund from your account settings in one click. No email, no form, no reason, no retention call. Members who joined before October 5, 2026 keep the 7 days they signed up under.
Cancel any time. One click, and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
We would rather refund you than keep money you feel bad about. That is not a marketing line — it is why the button exists instead of an inbox.
Every new individual subscription — FHG University or FHG Compass — carries a 48-hour money-back guarantee: a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment. We are not required to offer a refund on digital access, and we offer this one in good faith, so you can try the platform without risk.
The window is measured from your first payment, not from each monthly renewal, and it is 48 hours to the minute: a first payment at 9:00 PM on the 1st is covered until 9:00 PM on the 3rd.
If you subscribed before October 5, 2026, nothing changes for you: you keep the 7-day guarantee you signed up under, measured from your first payment (a first payment on the 1st is covered through the 8th). Your account settings always show the window that applies to you.
The guarantee applies once per subscriber. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the new subscription does not open a fresh window.
Sign in and go to Account Settings → Membership. If you are inside the window, the page shows how much time is left and a button that says Refund me & cancel. One click completes it.
The refund is issued to your original payment method immediately. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — that part is between your card issuer and you, and it is the one step neither we nor Stripe can speed up.
If the button does not work for any reason, email info@fairleyholdings.com from your account address and say you want your refund. We will process it manually within one business day. A technical problem on our side is never a reason you lose a refund you are entitled to.
Once the window closes, payments already made are non-refundable, and canceling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones. There is no partial refund for an unused part of a month, because you keep full access for all of it.
We make exceptions in three situations, and you only have to ask:
Beyond those, if something happened that you think deserves a refund, write to us and tell us plainly. A person reads it.
Canceling is at least as easy as subscribing, and any one of these works:
What happens next. Future charges stop. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not take access away the day you cancel, because you paid for that time. Your progress is kept for 12 months in case you come back (90 days for a Compass student's record, per our retention policy), and you can ask us to delete it sooner.
If you are still inside your guarantee window when you cancel, we will tell you that a full refund is available instead. We are not going to keep your money because you clicked the wrong one of two buttons.
Individual subscriptions are $25 per month for FHG University, which includes FHG Compass, or $15 per month for FHG Compass alone (an existing subscription to the retired $40 bundle continues at $40 until you cancel or switch), charged on the same day each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no contract.
Card checkout for new Team purchases is paused (October 7, 2026). New Team seats are arranged through the institutional inquiry form and a signed order, whose terms govern them. The rest of this section applies to Team purchases already made by card, which keep the terms they were sold with.
A Team seat purchase of 5–24 seats is bought online by card, on an annual term. It carries the same 48-hour money-back guarantee as an individual subscription: within 48 hours of the first payment, the full amount back, no reason required, on the same terms set out above. A Team purchase made before October 5, 2026 keeps the 7 days it was sold with.
It is the same kind of purchase as a single subscription — self-serve, by card, no contract and no procurement step — so it gets the same protection. A team spending $1,200 on a card should not have less recourse than one person spending $25.
Canceling is self-serve. There is no notice period. Cancel through the same checkout you bought through, or email us and we will do it. Seats run to the end of the term already paid for.
Invoiced contracts of 25 seats and above are different, and deliberately so: they are governed by a 60-day non-renewal notice and the signed agreement rather than by this guarantee. Those terms are set out on the institutional page.
FHG Foundations is a one-time purchase of $500 for 90 days of advising. It has its own terms, set out in full on the Foundations page and shown before you pay:
FHG Foundations was previously offered as a separate identity program that never opened for enrollment, and the advising program was previously named FHG University Guided. A purchase made under either name keeps the terms it was made under.
The consumer money-back guarantee does not apply to invoiced institutional seat licenses. Annual contracts are a different instrument with a signed agreement, an invoice, and a budget cycle behind them, and they are governed by that agreement and by the terms below.
If you think you have been charged incorrectly, please write to us before disputing it with your bank — not because a dispute is not your right, but because we can almost always fix it the same day, and a chargeback takes weeks and freezes the account in the meantime. Email info@fairleyholdings.com and we will look at it immediately.
If we get something wrong, we will say so and fix it. That is the standard we hold the curriculum to and we are not going to hold billing to a lower one.
